Cleared to Marry
I received this Rhema Word today during my morning quiet time. It came at a time where one of my friends got the email last month that she was Cleared to Close on her new house. And just this month, I received an email stating I was Cleared to Serve at my church as a volunteer.
My first thought upon hearing these words was that I had completed the Work that I needed to do, on and for me, in order to have a successful marriage. I’d recently started praying about believing God for a mate again due to a prompting in my spirit. I started taking the necessary steps to align my mindset with God’s intent for me being married.
Right before getting this word, I had started seeing videos on YouTube about married people who were regretting being married and even stating that they now hated their spouse. Then I started seeing videos where people were talking about how they couldn’t make it being single. I knew from watching the married people’s videos that I needed God’s help in choosing the right marriage partner the first time.
I also knew from watching the single people complain, that complaining about being single was no longer an option for me. I was locked in and focused on receiving the Godly spouse that I’ve been talking to God about in prayer. So, to hear the words Cleared to Marry, alerted me to the fact that God knows that I’m ready. He knows that I put my trust in Him. And that my marriage will be a platform that He can use as a testimony for others to put their trust in Him for a spouse as well.
