Time

Here I was thinking, “Imma do this right here and in no time, I’ll be back to health”. Little did I know that a Fight was truly what I was in for. No, not a Fight for my health – God already told me that He healed me. But a Fight for my mind.

I, along with my doctor, chose the natural remedy route for me. You can see from the picture what I purchased. I was four days in using this remedy when the blood pressure monitor arrived. When I got the results from my very first reading, the thoughts that ran through my mind caused my body to tense up, heat up and act up.

I almost got too scared to take another reading: what if it didn’t go down? I had to distract myself by doing something else around the house. Then I went back to the table to take another reading. It went down. Not by much; but at this point, down is down.

While I was doing something else around the house, I was also talking to myself. Letting myself know that it may look like the remedy wasn’t working. But as with any medication, you have a space of Time before you start seeing the desired results. Sounds like the Time in seed Time and harvest to me. Genesis 8:22 AMP

Since the numbers went down with the second reading, I could have stopped there. But knowing how fast and hard those thoughts came at me with the first reading, I had to take a third reading so that I could be fully persuaded that no matter what the reading stated, I knew that my hope and trust was not just in the remedy working but was also in God. I took the third reading and it too was down.
