The Principle: Sometimes, things may be going on and making you feel a certain way and you may not know why. Your body may experience symptoms because your mind is cluttered with worry.
Action: When you aren’t feeling your best (mentally, physically or emotionally), always tell your parents or someone you trust. They are in a better position to see what’s been going on around you that could be affecting you; and will be able to offer you their input in helping to improve your health.
