How We Really Began
Something leaped in my spirit when she prayed for you. It was like a piece of a puzzle had been put in its rightful place. That this time, the right words had been spoken in prayer that would bring about what I’ve been believing God for all these years: a husband.
Loving God, then learning how to love myself is what brought me to this place of knowing that now was the time for us to really begin our relationship. That I no longer had to think about a person everyday of my life only to learn that he never thought about me even once: that’s why he could marry the same woman twice; I was never an option for him. You can read what I’ve previously posted about God’s Love here. But for now, let’s explore the Journey to Us.
This Journey began in written form long before you and I ever “got together”, other than in my head and heart. Now that you’re here, I want to tell the world. At least the part of the world that reads my blog posts. . . I’ll tell everyone else later. I want others to know that it’s ok to keep on believing even though you can’t physically see or touch the person you desire to have in your life. Because ONE DAY, you will be able to do all that and more and truly know that the person you’re in a relationship with was so worth the Journey.
