“Why are you insisting that I call this lady” questioned Robert. “Because I think you two would be great for each other. You’ve got problems and she seems to have plenty of answers – in a psychoanalytical way. And I mean that in a good way my brother” countered David. “You can keep your ‘jokes’ D, I’m not interested in dating right now. You know that my parents are having a hard time with the store. I’m too busy trying to get my own business off the ground and also helping them out when I can. When do you think I will have time to date?” stated Robert.

“Man, I don’t have time to solve all your problems and keep Olivia happy. She’s taking up so much of my time AND money that I’ve been working all times of the night lately. It’s like she doesn’t even care if we can’t spend time together as long as my credit cards work” replied David. “I told you about her that day you introduced us D. I could tell she was just along for the ride as long as you were paying. Why are you still with her anyway? Why not leave her for this woman you are trying to hook me up with” asked Robert. “Don’t go there with me about Olivia again Rob. I told you we are working on our relationship. Besides, I just texted you Tina’s number. Call her so that someone else can listen to your problems. I have enough of my own” stated David.

Later that night, Robert thought to himself, “Man, one day I’m gonna really have to dissect the reason why I’m still D’s friend”. Meanwhile, he searched for the number that D had texted him. Phone ringing. “Hello?” “May I speak with Tina?” “This is she, may I ask who’s calling?” “This is Robert. A mutual friend gave me your number. He stated that you may be able to help me with my problems. Although I know he was joking – at least I hope he was joking, I figured that I would call and maybe we could just talk for a while. What do you think about that?” asked Robert. “Would this mutual friend you’re talking about be named David?” asked Tina. “Yes” replied Robert. “Did he tell you that he was giving me your number?” queried Robert.

“No, He didn’t” stated Tina. “However, he did tell me that he had a friend that had so many problems that even I with all my questions would find something to talk to him about” remarked Tina. “Seems like the two of us already have something in common… a friend that does not care” supplied Tina. “Yeah, I was just wondering about our friendship right before I called you. What do you think we should do about it since you’re supposed to be good at solving problems” commented Robert. “Let’s meet for lunch tomorrow and discuss it” offered Tina.
